Request a Property Tax Refund

The Tarrant County Tax Office does not require a contract to process a refund request, and we do not deduct any portion for processing.

There is also no fee to request a refund from us.

Refund requests can be made by mail or email to taxrefund@tarrantcountytx.gov.

Some refunds require an application which will be sent once we receive a request, if applicable. Please include the account number or property address, name and a phone number on the request.
